We have received your Peluso Microphone Repair form. We will either contact you to discuss the issues you are experiencing, or e-mail an RMA to you. Once you receive your RMA please send your microphone to Peluso Microphone Lab with the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the box. We'll work hard to get your mic repaired soon.
