An NOS (new old stock) 5744 WB vacuum tube, microphone tested, for replacement in the Peluso P-49 and 22 251 MK2, most* P-28 microphones.

Please note, the majority of 22 251 microphones employ the 6072AM tube. You may remove the body tube of your microphone to examine internally which tube is used in your mic. This style tube must be soldered in place and must be serviced by a skilled technician.

Please note, the early P-28 microphones with serial numbers below 00600 employ the 6J1-B-Q vacuum tube. You may remove the body tube of your microphone to examine internally which tube is used in your mic. The red circuit boards use the lead 5744 WB tube.  The green circuit boards use the 8 lead 6J1-B-Q tube.  All P-28 tubes must be soldered in place and must be serviced by a skilled technician.
