Aron Magner
"I’ve been hearing wonderful things about Peluso from peers and have decided to jump head first in the deep end. I was lucky enough during all of 2020 to borrow a friend’s vintage 414’s and KM 84’s for my home piano and am now looking to replace that setup with Peluso’s."... and after setting up his Peluso P-84s: "Worked exactly as we had hoped!" - Aron Magner

For the 22 47 SE, I kind of cheated and put in NOS RCA tube, making it a 22 47 LE, in effect.
I am fortunate enough to have a small stockpile of these old tubes, and found that the microphone sounds great with either the factory Peluso tube or any number of NOS tubes.
The microphone performs fantastically on vocals, acoustic guitar, cello, saxophone, you name it. It has a rich and warm bottom that isn't hyped, and enough detail and character in the top end to completely avoid any unnecessary processing after the fact.

"This is, hands down, my favourite mic! Every time I use this mic on lead vocals I am just so happy with the result. I run this through a Rupert Neve Designs Shelford Channel, and with just a little EQ and compression on the way in, I end up with a finished sounding vocal. Just add reverb."
Eric Wiggs
“I love my Peluso microphones. My P-87 and P-414 are used on almost every session I track and my PS-1 is now my go to stage vocal mic. Peluso mics are the perfect combo of vintage vibe and modern performance!” - Eric Wiggs
‘Howie’ Howard Lindeman
Howie has used the PS-1 for backing vocals on Elvis “Live” on Screen tour and the Maria Callas Hologram Tour in 2018.

I continue to be more and more enamored by the PS-1. I and the audience and actually hear all of my words clearly and easily and it gives a beautiful musical essence to our performances. I've been signing their praises to our friends and audiences, the PS-1 are going to go a long ways and I believe re-write the book!

Peluso microphones are my first reach in the mic cabinet. My favorite vocal mic 22 47 LE works flawlessly on every vocal or instrument.
Danny Knicely
'I play high quality vintage acoustic instruments. It dawned on me that I should be playing into microphones of equal quality. I was very happy to find that some of the best mics on the market are made by Peluso right here in my home-state of Virginia. Since I've acquired the P-84, it has been my go-to mic for both mandolin and guitar. I was also very pleased to find that the P-84 reproduces an acoustic bass-fiddle most excellently. Until now, the bass has been one of the more difficult instruments to capture.
I've also made a couple recordings with a stereo pair of P-84s and am very pleased with the results. Performing live and in the studio has instantly become more satisfying with the use of these Peluso microphones.'

"Thank you guys so much, these mics were the first step to recording at the house. I really didn’t think it was possible but, we can now make great sounding records here, what a blessing."

David Arnold
'Peluso microphones were the ONLY microphones used on the John Hartford “Memories of John” live recordings. They were extremely essential to obtain the pure and natural sound of the stringband.'
Annabelle Chvostek
'It is wonderful to have on hand such a fantastic vocal mic, and to have that sense of finding "the one" that can truly highlight the aspects of my voice that I want to share.'
